Individual coaching

You don't need to know exactly what you want yet.

We can start with uncertainty, a transition, a repeating question, or the sense that the life you have no longer fits in the same way.

When something is changing—inside you or around you.

Starting over after a move, divorce, job loss, or other change

Trying to understand who you are becoming

Feeling disconnected from work, direction, or your own priorities

Wanting change while another part of you wants safety

Rebuilding energy and direction after burnout

Knowing a lot about yourself but still feeling stuck in action

I work with adults of all genders. Immigration is one area of lived experience I bring, but it is not a requirement for working together.

Listen. Understand. Act.

Understanding is not the opposite of action. It helps us choose action that is actually connected to you.

01

Listen

We begin by clarifying what you want from the session—even if all you have is a question, a feeling that something is off, or uncertainty about where to begin. I listen closely to what you say and help you notice what is already known, what feels important, and what may need more attention.

02

Understand

Together, we map what is happening inside you and around you: what matters, what you want, what you know you do not want, and what may be getting in the way. If different parts of you want different things, we can listen to each of them without forcing one side to win.

03

Act

We turn what becomes clearer into one realistic step that fits your actual life and current capacity. It may be a decision, a conversation, or a low-stakes experiment—not a plan to change your entire life by Monday. If accountability would help, you can ask me to check in about it during our next session.

Your session is about you.

You can expect attentive listening, thoughtful questions, a collaborative pace, and care without judgment. I will not prescribe a life plan or push you toward my answer.

We pay attention to consent throughout the work. You can decline an exercise, change direction, ask why I am suggesting something, or pause at any time.

What it felt like to work together

Translated from Russian

“The sessions felt like a very warm and safe space. It was easy for me to open up. I cried, laughed, and joked, and all of it was met with enormous care and presence.”
Elena
“I had been putting this off and enduring it for so long. With you, I began to look at it differently. Then I found an apartment in a good neighbourhood for less than I was paying before.”
Olya M.
“I received so much from the session, more than I expected was even possible. Thank you for helping me reconnect with my own worth and my right to clarity.”
Olga
“If something raises questions or doubts for me in the future, I will ask and share how I feel. Thank you for helping me notice how I position myself in conversations. I would like to continue working together and observe my reactions. It is important to me that our work feels like a partnership.”
Alex
“Thank you for your honesty, openness, and transparency. It felt valuable, meaningful, and important.”
Lisa
