Be seenSee yourself first
Before coaching, I spent 13 years in media, marketing, online education, and community building. Through that work, I helped people recognize their value and communicate it to the world.
Now I help people understand themselves first—what matters to them, what they want, and how to turn that understanding into meaningful action.
Going deeper
Through all the noise, how do you hear your own voice?

I started in media at 17, then studied journalism, became a radio host, built online communities, and taught people how to communicate online. Much of my own work and identity lived online too. Eventually, I began noticing the personal cost of remaining constantly visible: social platforms intensified comparison and FOMO, fragmented my attention, and made it harder to distinguish my own priorities from the pressure to keep producing. I felt disconnected from work that no longer aligned with my values. I was burned out.
As the noise became harder to ignore, I began making more room to listen inward—through journaling, therapy, and deliberate reflection. The more closely I listened, the more clearly I could see where my life no longer fit. In 2021, I went through a divorce. In January 2022, I moved from Moscow to Istanbul because I needed space to discover what else my life could hold.
In Istanbul, I understood that I no longer wanted a career built around selling and staying visible, even before I knew what would replace it. Then, in late 2023, an unplanned move brought me to Canada to build a life with my new partner. Starting again in another country—and later moving through depression—deepened my understanding of how much the right support and community matter.
Through listening inward and returning to the questions and reflection I had used throughout my own life, I found my way to coaching as a profession. Now I offer you the space to hear yourself and find a direction that belongs to you.
