Montreal Immigration Support Group
A guided conversation about the parts of immigration that often remain invisible: loneliness, identity, work, belonging, uncertainty, and building a life that feels like yours.

Workshop-discussion format
Useful context, honest conversation, and room for your experience.
I introduce a practical topic, share a few ideas or questions, and facilitate a conversation where participants can exchange experiences without turning the meeting into advice-giving.
- Loneliness, friendship, and rebuilding a social world
- Identity changes and the feeling of starting from zero
- Work, uncertainty, belonging, and comparing yourself with others
- What helps life in a new country begin to feel like your own
